The project, promoted by GLOBAL MANZANA, S.L.U., is located on the emblematic Paseo de la Castellana 200 and is part of a major urban development that combines offices, rental housing, dining, wellness, and health spaces\u2014positioning itself as a milestone in the regeneration of Madrid\u2019s urban fabric.<\/p>\n<p>Covering +19,000 m\u00b2 and completed in 14 months, Grupo Construc\u00eda worked on several key areas of the complex:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Redesign of the shopping center\u2019s interior and the passages connecting residential and commercial zones.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Adaptation of new spaces for anchor tenants such as H&amp;M and MediaMarkt, ensuring continuity of their operations.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Complete renovation of the Castellana 200 building\u2019s main lobby, enhancing the access and transit experience.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Upgrades to the walkable flat roof, including new waterproofing, finishes, and the creation of a dining area accessible via a new elevator.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Partial refurbishment of the main fa\u00e7ade facing Paseo de la Castellana.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Implementation of Lean Construction methodology to maximize efficiency and coordination throughout the process.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Energy, operational, and maintenance optimization aligned with Grupo Construc\u00eda\u2019s circularity and efficiency standards.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This project is part of the transformation of Madrid\u2019s so-called \u201cBig Apple,\u201d a 66,000 m\u00b2 complex that brings together housing, retail, offices, and dining in the heart of the capital.
