Madrid, September 17, 2025 – Grupo Construcía, a pioneer in circular construction in Spain, announces a new stage in its corporate evolution with strategic changes in its management team and in the structure of its Board of Directors.
The day-to-day management of the company will now be led by Luis Sanz, the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), a Civil Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in managing industrial companies and with international expertise. Sanz will head a solid and professional management team, which is also strengthened by the addition of Antonio Díaz as Chief Business Officer (CBO), with the ambition to advance a new stage in the Group’s evolution and reinforce its purpose of driving circular construction.
Arturo Fernández and Pablo Sainz de Baranda will continue from the Board of Directors, leading as Chairman of Strategy and Product and Chairman of Institutional Relations and Market, respectively. From this position, they will focus on guiding the Group’s strategy and purpose while supporting the new management team during this transition.
These changes aim to increase the autonomy and operational capacity of the management team, while boosting innovation and efficiency to continue evolving the circular construction model, in line with the company’s purpose.
The latest step in the evolution of the management team
Throughout 2025, the Group has been working on a management professionalization plan to equip the leadership team with the skills required for the next stage of Grupo Construcía’s strategic evolution.
The management team is now composed of a diverse and experienced group of professionals, led by Luis Sanz, and further strengthened by the appointment of Antonio Díaz as Chief Business Officer (CBO), with the mission of driving the Group’s global growth.
The company is entering a stage of maturity in which the professionalization of its structure, the consolidation of its leadership in circular construction, the reinforcement of its net positive impact purpose, its commitment to innovation, and strategic alliances will be the cornerstones of its future evolution.
